The Toronto International Film Festival knows what moviegoers want: lots and lots of Bill Murray.

The festival opens Sept. 4, and it has declared Sept. 5 "Bill Murray Day." The day will feature free, open screenings of Murray classics Stripes, Groundhog Day, and Ghostbusters.

Bill Murray Day will conclude with the world premiere of St. Vincent, Murray's latest comedy, which is directed by Theodore Melfi and co-stars Melissa McCarthy and Naomi Watts. In the film, Murray plays "a war veteran who becomes a friend and mentor to a boy who moves in next door," according to Variety.
