A shooting this morning left three people dead and a fourth seriously injured after a person entered the Jewish Museum of Belgium and opened fire, Belgian Interior Minister Joelle Milquet told a CNN affiliate.
A person reportedly drove up to the museum, got out of a car, entered the building and began shooting, before fleeing the scene. The suspect remains at large.
"You can't help thinking, when you see a Jewish museum, to think about an anti-Semitic act, but the investigation will tell more," Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Didier Reynders said.
