The Obama administration and health care experts said all along that they expected ObamaCare enrollments to spike in the waning days of the enrollment period, as procrastinators raced to get insurance by the April 1 deadline. And now, thanks to the White House's latest report on the federal exchange numbers, we have proof that did indeed happen:
Enrollments didn't really get going until the end of November, thanks to the botched rollout. But after a gradual rise, they exploded in the final month, allowing the administration to hit and then shoot past its 7 million target.
