Idaho hockey fans will fight you (in court) if you try to scam them on their beer

Idaho hockey fans have a drinking problem. No, not that kind of drinking problem. Their trouble is an alleged beer pricing scam in which a Boise arena is accused of selling "large" beers that are really just small beers in deceptive cups. Four fans have filed suit against Boise's CenturyLink Arena, claiming the stadium defrauded customers by selling for $7 what were supposedly big beers when the equally voluminous "small" beers — sold in shorter, stouter cups — cost only $4.

"While different shapes, both cup sizes hold substantially the same amount of liquid and are not large versus small in actual capacity," Wyatt Johnson, the attorney representing the fans, said in the suit.
