Following a disagreement over airstrikes targeting ISIS in Libya, Qatar has recalled its ambassador to Egypt "for consultation."

Egyptian media is reporting that Tariq Adel, Egypt's delegate to the Arab League, accused Qatar of supporting terrorism after Doha's representative objected to a clause in a statement being released that praised Egypt's airstrikes against ISIS. Following the meeting held in Cairo, Qatar released its own statement, Agence France-Presse reports, which criticized the "tense" statement by Adel that "confuses the need to combat terrorism [with]...the brutal killing and burning of civilians."
