The Islamic State on Thursday claimed it was behind Wednesday's attack on Tunisia's Bardo Museum that left 23 dead and dozens injured.

Carried out by "knights of the State of the Caliphate," the attack was "the first drop of the rain," ISIS said in an audio message. However, ISIS offered no proof to support its claim, and Tunisian authorities said they had no evidence of a link between any terrorist organization and the two gunmen.
