David Cameron's Conservative Party steamrolled to victory in the U.K. General Election on Thursday. The race was predicted to be neck-and-neck, but the results were nowhere near as close as anticipated. By BBC News' projections, the Conservative Party will hold 329 of Parliament's 650 seats, while the Labour Party will hold 233, and the Liberal Democrats will hold just eight seats.
