President Barack Obama sent the Iran nuclear deal to Congress on Sunday, meaning the clock on the 60 days legislators have to review the agreement starts Monday. There is strong Republican opposition to the deal, but Obama has said he would veto any legislation that rejects it, Reuters reports.

The U.S., along with five other world powers, reached a historic deal with Iran on Tuesday that would curb the nation's nuclear program in exchange for relieving economic sanctions.
