People filed hilarious FCC complaints after Miley Cyrus unintentionally showed her nipple at the VMAs

MTV's 2015 Video Music Awards featured host Miley Cyrus accidentally baring a nipple in an incident that was decidedly less shocking than Janet Jackson's 2004 Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction. Still, viewers were offended. Some even took the time to formally articulate their complaints to the FCC.
Rolling Stone unearthed some real gems with a genius public records request:
1. "Miley Cyrus is a VERY TROUBLED CHILD and I can not believe what she was able to get away with on this show."
