Seth Meyers explains the most terrifying thing about Donald Trump's Super Tuesday romp
Donald Trump cleaned up on Super Tuesday, and Seth Meyers took a closer look on Wednesday's Late Night. Trump's dominance puts Republicans in a tough place — and none more than Gov. Chris Christie, who awkwardly stood behind Trump during Tuesday night's victory speech, making sad faces. "This is the face of a man thinking to himself, 'Would it have killed me to keep two f--king lanes open on the George Washington Bridge?'" Meyers said. "But perhaps the most terrifying development was watching Trump begin to soften his rhetoric and prepare to be the Republican nominee in the general election." After playing a clip, he continued: "Realizing Trump is smart enough to pivot to the general election is scary," like a scene from Jurassic World (Trump is a "tri-hair-atops" or a "bronze-asaurus"). You can watch Meyers discuss Trump and the GOP's unpalatable choices below. Peter Weber
