Congress examines Amy Schumer

On this week's Inside Amy Schumer, Schumer was waiting for a gynecological exam when, instead of a doctor, a group of four congressmen entered the examination room. "Do any of you have any medical training?" she asks, skeptically. "We're the House Committee on Women's Health, so I think we have a better idea than a bunch of science-y nerdles," one of them replies. The sketch is a not-so-subtle jab at Congress trying to legislate women's health issues and, more broadly, all areas outside their expertise. Normally, Republicans get the brunt of this kind of humor, but judging by the blue ties, both sides of the aisle are being skewered here. "Aren't there any women on the Women's Health Committee?" Schumer asks as the the congressmen got ready to administer the pap smear. "That would be like letting the lions run the zoo!" one of the congressmen laughs. Watch below. Peter Weber
