Donald Trump's campaign said Thursday the presumptive Republican nominee will not be paying himself back the tens of millions of dollars he loaned his campaign through May.
"Mr. Trump has fully extinguished this loan per his commitment," his campaign said in a statement. "Therefore, he has personally invested in excess of $50 million in the future of our country." His latest filing with the Federal Election Commission shows that through the end of May, Trump loaned his campaign $45.7 million. He started off June trailing Hillary Clinton by a huge margin, with just $1.3 million on hand compared to Clinton's $42.5 million war chest.

"I think it indicates that he's all in and he wants every dollar to be spent toward a successful campaign for the general election."
