A lawsuit filed by Donald Trump accusing a Nevada county of keeping polling locations open late last Friday, the last day of early voting, has been rejected by Clark County Judge Gloria Sturman, NBC News reports.

Trump's team had called for the ballots to be seized to determine if they had truly been cast before polls closed at 7 p.m. PT. "I am not going to expose people doing their civic duty to help people vote ... to public attention, ridicule, and harassment," Sturman said Tuesday.
