After nearly six decades in the film industry, actor Jackie Chan has finally gotten his hands on an Oscar. Chan, who has appeared in more than 200 martial arts films and action movies like Rush Hour, was given an honorary Oscar at the 8th Annual Governors Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday evening.

Tom Hanks, Chris Tucker, and Michelle Yeoh presented Chan with his Oscar, as stars including Denzel Washington, Nicole Kidman, and Amy Adams looked on. Hanks noted the work Chan does is "historically underrepresented at the Oscars." "Standing here is a dream," Chan said, as he accepted the honorary award. "After 56 years in the film industry, making more than 200 films, breaking so many bones, finally this is mine."
