Conor Lamb keeps getting mistaken for a Jehovah's Witness
Former Marine Conor Lamb, the Democratic candidate vying for the open congressional seat in Pennsylvania's 18th District, is very nice looking. Behold:
In fact, Lamb is so wholesomely handsome that when he campaigns door-to-door, he is apparently mistaken for a Jehovah's Witness. Per The New Yorker, when one resident tried to dismiss the assumed proselytizer by shouting, "I'm a Roman Catholic," Lamb replied: "So am I." McClatchy DC's Alex Roarty notes that Lamb had to stop wearing ties while door-knocking because of it:

Lamb is facing off against Republican candidate Rick Saccone to assume the congressional seat vacated by former Rep. Tim Murphy (R), who resigned last year after it was reported that the pro-life congressman pressured a mistress to have an abortion. The special election is Tuesday.
