President Trump says he had no idea what his former campaign chair was up to.

A Tuesday court filing unintentionally revealed Special Counsel Robert Mueller was alleging connections between Paul Manafort and a supposed Russian operative. So on Thursday, ABC News' Jon Karl asked Thursday if Trump knew "Manafort was sharing polling data from your campaign with the Russians."

"No, I didn't know anything about it — nothing about it," Trump responded, notably not denying the allegations against his former campaign chair.

Manafort's lawyers accidentally revealed the allegations Tuesday, writing that ex-Trump campaign chair Manafort admitted to giving 2016 polling data to suspected Russian operative Konstantin Kilimnik.
