The House of Representatives passed legislation Wednesday afternoon that would repeal ObamaCare, with a vote of 240-181, primarily along party lines.

President Obama said he will veto any bill that dismantles the health care law, and Republicans do not have enough votes to override a veto. Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said the measure, which would also prohibit federal funding from going to Planned Parenthood, sends a message. "We are confronting the president with the hard, honest truth: ObamaCare doesn't work," he told reporters Wednesday.
