President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping had a friendly meeting Saturday on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Germany, where the two talked trade and what to do about North Korea's missile tests.

Trump's recent impatience with China's failure to immediately rein in Pyongyang was not in evidence. "As far as North Korea is concerned, we will have, eventually, success," he said. "It may take longer than I'd like. It may take longer than you'd like. But there will be success in the end one way or the other." Trump told Xi it is "an honor to have you as a friend" and tweeted a positive review of their discussion.
