Meet Reaper – the Caped Crusader of Moscow
A vigilante who dresses like Batman and calls himself "Reaper" has reportedly declared war on drug lords, rapists and crime gangs in Moscow. Grainy video footage shows the would-be superhero emerging from a drug den, dropping a small firebomb on the footpath and then striding off into the night. In a letter sent to a local newspaper, Reaper says: "I don't kill or cripple, and I am not against the police or authorities, but I do root out the evil that police and the authorities can't reach." Neighbours say they had reported the noise for more than two years before the police finally took action and arrested Warfel.
