Celebrated Swiss watchmaker Blancpain has brought its most expensive ever watch to London.
With a price tag of £1.4m, the Blancpain Tourbillon Diamonds feature 480 diamonds totalling 58 carats set in a 1.5ins-diametre white gold case.
Powered by Blancpain's in-house Calibre 25A movement, the exclusive timepiece uses a gem-setting technique borrowed from the world of haute jewellery craftsmanship.

Blancpain says the "baguette" setting is to jewellery what the tourbillon movement is to watchmaking.
"The setting of the baguette-cut diamonds is incredibly complex in terms of both the arrangement and the specific size of each stone," the Swiss brand adds.
"The classic round shape of the watch increases the difficulty, since each diamond is precisely adjusted to fit smoothly within the whole. The variable dimensions and positioning of the dial enhance the splendour of the multiple facets with their stunningly luminous sparkling reflections."
The elite timepiece also features a self-winding tourbillon movement, one of the most complicated and respected mechanics in the world of haute horology. As well as counteracting the effect of gravity on a timepiece's accuracy, this also offers further visual interest to its dial.
The hypnotically spinning tourbillon is visible through an aperture at 12 o'clock.
More than just a piece of jewellery, the watch also boasts a seven-day power reserve and offers water-resistance to 328ft.
The Blancpain Tourbillion Diamonds is now available from Blancpain Bond Street and costs £1,410,720.
