Again, Twitter users took it upon themselves to lavish praise or raise eyebrows on the First Lady. For some, the outfit - worth a combined total of around $10,000, was too flashy for a congressional speech, while others praised the look, describing it as "gorgeous", "elegant" and "tasteful".
