Lockdown has been a challenge for almost everybody, not least a wanted man who handed himself in to Sussex police for “peace and quiet” after he got fed up with people he lives with. An inspector at Burgess Hill police station said: “The man said he would rather go back to prison than have to spend more time with the people he was living with!” The man had been wanted for recall to prison.
