The new set will be unveiled on Saturday 6 April at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, in Leavesden, Hertfordshire.

What is new?

Visitors will be able to walk through the hall of Gringotts, the goblin-run wizarding bank in Diagon Alley, which is featured repeatedly in the J.K. Rowling series of books and films.

Harry Potter first enters the bank to retrieve money left by his late parents before becoming a pupil at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He later returns to break into the Lestrange Vault and steal Helga Hufflepuff’s Cup, before escaping on a Ukrainian Ironbelly dragon.

Fans will be able to enter the Lestrange Vault, filled with treasures from the films, pass through a gallery of goblins, and look at the costumes and prosthetics belonging to the Goblin bankers.

“Lined by towering marble pillars, the grand banking hall will be decorated with three magnificent crystal chandeliers and finished with real brass leaf,” says a spokesperson for the studio.

“Inkwells, quills, ledgers and piles of Galleons, Sickles and Knuts will complete the goblin tellers’ desks as seen on screen. The prop-making department, led by Pierre Bohanna, created over 210,000 coins for the final two films alone.”

How can you get tickets?

Entrance to the Gringotts Wizarding Bank set - rebuilt by many of the original film crew members - will be included in the general admission ticket price for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, which is currently £43 for adults and £35 for children aged five to 15.

Tickets must be pre-booked at wbstudiotour.co.uk or by calling 0345 084 0900 and cannot be bought at the attraction.
