Brewers are now flavoring their beers with the juices or zest from oranges, lemons, and grapefruit.

Brewers across the country have been giving their brews a lift by incorporating the juices or zest from oranges, lemons, grapefruit, and even chinotto, a bitter Italian fruit. For a “sun-kissed” summer, give one of these a try.
Brasserie de Silly Pink Killer This pink-hued Belgian beer with grapefruit, coriander, and orange peel is “equal parts sweet and bitter.”
Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy The taste you’d hope for if you combined the “sweet ’n’ sour flavors” of lemonade with “the soft malts and crisp finish of a wheat beer.”
