Three bisexual men are suing the Gay Softball World Series, claiming they were penalized for not being gay enough. The plaintiffs’ team finished second in the competition, but officials quizzed them on their sexual inclinations, ruled them “nongay,” and disqualified the team. “This is the Gay World Series, not the Bisexual World Series,” one of the plaintiffs alleges he was told. The three are each seeking $75,000 for “emotional distress.”
