Foreclosure prevention program moves at snail's pace
Less than 10 percent of delinquent borrowers eligible for the Obama administration’s $75 billion foreclosure prevention program have received help so far. Of the 2.7 million borrowers who have missed at least two mortgage payments, 235,247 have received loan modifications.

Soaring unemployment has been good news for at least one profession: career coach. Membership in the International Coach Federation has doubled in the past five years, to 17,000. A typical coach can charge $150 an hour for a one-on-one counseling session.
