1. DUGGAN INQUEST PROMPTS CAMERA MOVE

Met police boss Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe says firearms officers will now wear video cameras in an effort to be “more open”. The move is prompted by anger yesterday after a jury decided Mark Duggan, whose shooting by police sparked the 2011 riots, had been lawfully killed - even though he was not carrying a gun.
