London commuters are facing another day of travel chaos on the Underground as delays and cancellations continue following a power failure on the Jubilee line on Thursday morning.
The line was suspended for most of yesterday while engineers fixed the problem, and remained part-suspended this morning amid massive backlogs, the London Evening Standard reports. There were no trains between Stanmore and Wembley Park, and delays were reported on the rest of the Jubilee line.

City AM reports that crowd control measures were in place to deal with overcrowding at some stations, including Canada Water.
Service on all lines resumed at about 8.15am but with severe delays, the newspaper adds.
Yesterday a TfL spokesman apologised for the delays on the Jubilee, saying: “Thank you for your patience while our engineers worked to fix the problem.”
