Having prised Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid in the summer, Juventus chief Andrea Agnelli is now eyeing up a swoop for Leroy Sane.
According to the Manchester Evening News (MEN), the Italian giants believe that 22-year-old Sane could be the linchpin of the club for the next decade, unlike the 33-year-old Ronaldo, who is now in the twilight of his illustrious career.

The MEN, namechecking the Italian outlet Calciomercato, says that Juve chairman Agnelli has identified City star Sane as his priority buy after accepting that Kylian Mbappe “will not be enticed from Paris Saint-Germain”.
German winger Sane, who was controversially left out of his country’s World Cup squad, is not a regular starter for the Sky Blues. But it’s believed that Juventus are ready to guarantee him more game time if he makes the move to Turin.
Sane won’t come cheap, however. The MEN claims that City have slapped a £135m valuation on a player they describe as a “young Cristiano Ronaldo”.
Neves not cheap

The Sunday Times reports that Wolverhampton Wanderers have told City and Manchester United that Ruben Neves will cost them “in the region of £110m”.
The neighbours have both been linked with the 21-year-old ace, who arrived at Wolves from Porto in July 2017 in a £14.4m deal.
Instrumental in helping the club win promotion to the Premier League last season, the Portugal international has caught the eye of both Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola.
New and improved deal
The paper claims that Wolves’s Chinese owners recently “improved the midfielder’s financial terms by agreeing a new five-year contract”. As a result it will cost either City or United a record Premier League fee (surpassing the £89m that United paid Juventus for Paul Pogba) to lure him from Molineux.
Apparently City’s interest in Neves remains “in place as the club continue their attempt to secure a high-quality addition in the centre of midfield”.
