Liverpool transfer news: Nabil Fekir, Divock Origi, Adrien Rabiot
Bayern Munich are now favourites to sign Lyon and France star Fekir

Liverpool fail in Fekir bid
German giants Bayern Munich have “jumped to the front of the queue” in the race for Lyon star Nabil Fekir, despite the fact that Liverpool have made all the running for the highly-rated midfielder.
The French World Cup winner was close to signing for Liverpool before the World Cup, until concerns over a knee injury were raised during the medical. And Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has been hoping to rekindle his interest in January.

But talkSPORT - taking its cue from German outlet Kicker - claims that Bayern are determined to land Fekir. With the German champions struggling for consistency this season, they’ve “set their sights on Fekir” and will pay Lyon whatever they want.
Origi to Besiktas
TalkSPORT also has some news on the Red they describe as a “misfit”. The man in question is 23-year-old Divock Origi, who has been frozen out of the first team at Anfield and has yet to make an appearance this season.
Now Turkish giants Besiktas have come to his rescue, according to the Fanatik newspaper, and the Belgium international is mulling over an offer from the club to make the move in January.
Galatasaray and Everton have also been linked with the striker but Besiktas are in the driving seat and are ready to “table a loan move for Origi with an option-to-buy clause inserted within the deal”.
Rabiot rejects Reds
According to the Daily Express, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot “is set to snub” the advances of Liverpool and Barcelona, and sign a new deal with the French champions.
The 23-year-old France international has long been linked with a move from Paris but instead he’s decided to extend the contract that expires in June.
The Express says that the defensive midfielder believed he was worth more than the sum tabled by PSG in preliminary negotiations and as a result Liverpool “engaged in talks with Rabiot’s representatives”.
But now it appears that PSG have upped their offer and the young playmaker will shortly pen a new three-year deal.
