Taylor Swift bought Hugh Jackman's shirt for $6,000
During a Christmas Eve performance of Hugh Jackman's Broadway play, The River, Taylor Swift donated $6,000 in exchange for the T-shirt Jackman wore onstage.
Jackman auctioned off various articles of clothing to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. In addition to Swift's donation, another audience member donated $6,000, and a third paid $2,000 for Jackman's belt. Jackman also donated $6,000 himself.
The pair met backstage after the show to pose for a photo, which Jackman posted on his Instagram account.
