Detroit man will trade you his fixer-upper home for an iPhone 6
Call it a sign of the times. In what his realtor confirms is a real listing, a Detroit man has offered to trade his home for an iPhone 6. Well, he'd really prefer an iPhone 6 Plus, but "he's willing to negotiate," the homeowner's realtor said.
Fox 2 Detroit reported the story Monday night, complete with an interview with the man's realtor, Larry Else — who, suffice it to say, seems aware of the ridiculousness of his client's listing. Here's the segment:

It's pretty obvious the house is a fixer-upper, and the fact that most of the interviewees thought it was better demolished than traded for an iPhone 6 Plus — valued starting at $299 — is pretty telling. It seems the owner knows he's got a hard sell on his hands, considering his realtor speculated that he "might be willing to take anything, maybe even an Android."
