A Florida judge ruled that a school district broke union rules when it fired a high school teacher for routinely cursing at her students. Joyce Quiller was fired in February for repeatedly using the F-word in class and calling her students "lazy n-----s." But the judge ruled that Quiller's termination was improper because large classes put her in an "untenable situation," making it difficult to "maintain her composure and professionalism."
