A black man was wrongfully accused of being an illegal taxi driver after he was spotted dropping his light-skinned, biracial wife off at work. Car salesman Dan Keys Jr., 66, says Taxi and Limousine Commission agents seized his car for eight days, insisting that his "white female" passenger must have been a paying customer. Keys is now suing.
