The Tea Party movement turns five years old today, and its supporters are celebrating by repealing ObamaCare and slashing government spending with a rally in Washington, D.C. The congressional Tea Party Caucus quietly died last year, then relaunched in a much-diminished form. And in December, the Tea Party's popularity dipped to an all-time low, with a majority of Americans for the first time saying they had an unfavorable opinion of it. --Jon Terbush
