Despite a problem-plagued rollout, enrollments in ObamaCare's health insurance exchanges rose to roughly 4 million in February, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said Tuesday. That comes after some 700,000 people signed up on the state and federal exchanges in the past month alone.
The administration is aiming for 6 million enrollments by the March 31 deadline to obtain insurance this year, down from an original goal of 7 million. An expected last-minute rush to get coverage could push the total enrollments to that revised target by April.
