Bulgarian authorities announced Tuesday that they have arrested a French citizen they believe is linked to Cherif Kouachi, one of the alleged Charlie Hebdo attackers.
Fritz-Joly Joachin, 29, was arrested under two warrants, The Associated Press reports — one for "alleged links to a terrorist organization" and one for reportedly "kidnapping his three-year-old son and smuggling him out of the country."
