The news has been pretty bleak lately, so Jimmy Fallon has a Happy Friday present for you. "A new medical study shows that the cure for getting rid of a hangover is to never stop partying," says a real news anchor from NBC affiliate KSEE 24. While the anchor is real, the study, of course, is fake. It's the latest installment of The Tonight Show's "I've Got Good News and Good News," and who doesn't need some good news? That said, it's unclear how some of these reports qualify as "good news." What if you don't want to run away to a desert island with the gentleman from News 4? —Peter Weber
