The news has been pretty bleak lately, so Jimmy Fallon has a Happy Friday present for you. "A new medical study shows that the cure for getting rid of a hangover is to never stop partying," says a real news anchor from NBC affiliate KSEE 24. While the anchor is real, the study, of course, is fake. It's the latest installment of The Tonight Show's "I've Got Good News and Good News," and who doesn't need some good news?
