Rudy Giuliani: Obama should talk like Bill Cosby to stop crime

Former New York City Mayor and amateur race relations commentator Rudy Giulani on Thursday pinned some blame for far-flung crimes on President Obama because of the commander-in-chief's supposed anti-cop attitude.
"It all starts at the top. It's the tone that's set by the president," Giuliani said in a radio interview, adding that Obama has ignored an "enormous amount of crime." (Crime rates have fallen dramatically in recent years.)
"If an African-American president stood up and said — I hate to mention it because of what happened afterwards — the kinds of stuff that Bill Cosby used to say," Giuliani added, then crime wouldn't be such a problem.
