Mila Kunis and Tom Hanks talk parenting: 'Like being caffeine-deprived for 18 years'
New Late Late Show host James Corden tried to make good on his pledge to "have fun on this show" by asking Mila Kunis if she and Ashton Kutcher discuss their 5-month-old baby during sex, implying that he and his wife do sometimes talk business in bed. For most of the conversation, Tom Hanks is a bystander — his youngest child is 18, while Corden's oldest is 4.
But Hanks is the experienced one when it comes to child-rearing, and that came in handy when discussion turned to whether Kunis and Kutcher are planning to have another child. (Spoiler: Yes.) Three? "I tell you right now, one is like you have a pet, and two is like you bought a zoo," Corden said of parenting. Hanks, father of four, said that when you have three or more kids, "it's like being caffeine-deprived for 18 years." That's something to look forward to. At the end, Corden made his debut newsworthy: Kunis and Kutcher, it seems, are married. Watch. —Peter Weber
