India and Bangladesh signed an agreement Saturday to clarify their border, Reuters reports. The deal, which adjusts territorial rights established in 1713, will help 52,000 people who have been living in enclaves without access to public services. Everyone will be allowed to either stay where they are or move across the border.

Prime ministers Narendra Modi of India and Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh signed the agreement in Dhaka, Bangladesh's capital. They also agreed to $4.5 billion investments in power and a $2 billion credit facility for Bangladesh.
