Republican candidates are kicking off campaign season with a motorcycle ride and pork roast

Seven Republican presidential hopefuls spent their Saturday in Iowa, a state notorious for its early caucus. Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) of hog castration fame organized the Roast and Ride, a fundraiser for her PAC, ABC News reports.
Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, conservative activist Ben Carson, and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker are all taking part in the festivities. All but Walker have formally announced their 2016 bids.
Only Perry and Walker will actually set foot on motorcycles Saturday, a distinction voters are perhaps unlikely to remember when they head to the caucuses next year.
