President George H.W. Bush released from hospital after neck injury

President George W. Bush was discharged from Maine Medical Center on Sunday, spokesman Jim McGrath tweeted. Bush, 91, was hospitalized Wednesday after he fell at home, fracturing a vertebrae in his neck.

Bush is expected to make a full recovery in three to four months. McGrath told The Associated Press the 41st president is "in good spirits."
