Hillary Clinton may have killed it at the debate, but it's not helping her in the polls

The media widely declared Hillary Clinton the winner of last week's Democratic debate, but, apparently, her prize doesn't include a big boost in poll numbers. A new CNN/ORC poll out Monday reveals that Clinton's performance only earned her a three percentage point bump in the polls among Democratic voters. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), on the other hand, saw a five-point bump in the polls from last month.
However, even without a big boost from her debate performance, Clinton still remains way out in front of her competitors for the Democratic presidential nomination. Sanders' five percentage point jump still leaves him behind Clinton by 16 percentage points, at 29 percent to her 45 percent.
Vice President Joe Biden, who has yet to announce if he will enter the race, garnered 18 percent support in the polls. Jim Webb came in at one percent, and Martin O'Malley and Lincoln Chafee "failed to register," Politico reports.
