David Bowie and Jimmy Fallon would swap jokes over email, Fallon said in a brief remembrance of Bowie on Monday's Tonight Show. Bowie, who died Sunday, was a "one-of-a-kind singer, songwriter, actor, fashion icon, mad genius, who also had one of the greatest sense of humor of anyone I've ever met," Fallon said. He added that he'd failed to come up with anything funny to say about Bowie's shocking death, then made the audience laugh by telling Bowie he will email just him in case "you can check your email in space, or heaven, or wherever you are" and asking Bowie not to email back. Fallon encouraged viewers to download all Bowie's albums, buy his new one, Blackstar, "play it loudly, and just thank him. Thank you, thank you, thank you, David Bowie. Thank you."` Peter Weber
