Sarah Palin just denied blaming PTSD on Obama

Sarah Palin didn't take too kindly when Today host Savannah Guthrie changed the topic from Donald Trump and the Iowa caucuses to the recent arrest of Palin's son, Track, on a domestic violence charge.

"You guys brought me here to talk about Iowa politics and the caucus tonight, not to talk about my kids," she told Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer on Monday. "And that was a promise. But as things go in the world of media, you guys don't always keep your promises, evidently."

The former governor of Alaska continued by denying that she ever attributed the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder among war veterans — which she linked to Track's arrest — to President Obama's policy.

"I never blamed President Obama," Palin said. "What I have blamed President Obama in doing, though, is this level of disrespect for the United States military."

Lauer later clarified that there was no promise with NBC to restrict the content of Palin's interview to talk of the Iowa caucuses. Watch the full clip here.
