Groundhog Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow Tuesday morning, meaning that if Pennsylvania's furriest forecaster is right, we'll see early spring weather in 2016.
In the past 10 years, Phil has gotten it right about 40 percent of the time, according to the National Centers for Environmental Information. Apart from the East Coast's record-setting blizzard in January, the U.S. has seen a fairly mild winter so far.
