Syrian refugees save neo-Nazi German man from car wreck.

Syrian refugees came to the rescue of a German neo-Nazi politician, local media reported Tuesday, sparking at least one Facebook user to joke that "destiny has a sense of humor." Stefan Jagsch, 29, of the National Democratic Party was badly injured in a car crash in Germany last week when passing Syrian asylum seekers spotted the wreck, Middle East Eye reports.

According to German media, the refugees pulled Jagsch from the car and gave him first aid.
