Samantha Bee finds a super PAC super donor who wants super PACs to die

"If there's one thing that unites Americans this election year, it's our hatred of super PACs," Samantha Bee said on Monday's Full Frontal. "But all too often, the real victims of super PACs go unrecognized." She's talking about the big-money donors, and she sat down with one of them, Mel Immergut. "Sometimes the millionaires with the most to give have the most to lose — again and again and again," she said, and Immergut gave to Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, and this election, Jeb Bush.
Bee explained all the various ways that Immergut got screwed out of his money, but the star of the segment is Immergut himself. Watch, for example, his description of how he got over the heartache of the Romney loss, or his re-enactment of a donor party wearing an Eyes Wide Shut mask. "Would you be happier if super PACs just didn't exist at all?" Bee asked. "Absolutely I would, yes," he said. But then she snared him with a trick question. Watch below. Peter Weber
