On Tuesday's Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon donned his Donald Trump costume and one-upped Trump's flamboyant entrance at Monday night's Republican National Convention. "I know I wasn't supposed to be on stage tonight, but our keynote speaker, ALF, canceled last minute," Fallon's Trump said. "He had to get back to Melmac — sad!" He also poked fun at the 1980s TV stars who actually spoke at Monday and Tuesday's conventions, as well as Mike Pence and, more brutally, Chris Christie. But a big part of his speech was, of course, dedicated to Monday night's speech by Melania Trump.
"Did you see Melania?" Fallon's Trump asked. "She stole the show, literally. I mean, she delivered her speech like a true first lady — that first lady being Michelle Obama, but still. She might have plagiarized some of it, but you gotta admit, she did it harder, better, faster, stronger, and you can quote me on that." Watch below. Peter Weber
